Supporting Lash Community during COVID-19

During COVID-19, as lash artists, I know it’s very easy to get discouraged and feel like your goals have been put on hold –
And it’s completely unclear when our life will get some kind of normalcy again. I truly believe that the best way to help yourself is trying to help others, you will forget about your issues and worries by focusing on other people.

We simply don't have a guidebook for what we're going through right now, which can lead to symptoms of fear, sadness, and anxiety. Not to mention our concerns about our parents', children's, and loved ones' health and safety, as well as the financial security of so many families.

Spread the LOVE

There’s just so much negativity surrounding us, a little thumbs up or heart reaction or a virtual hug can go a long way. Most of us are on social media, so many write-ups, news, memes, I would suggest sharing something that will give #positivevibes especially at times like this.

Shop Local, Support Local

If you used to shop online internationally, why not try to shop locally? In this way, we are not only supporting sellers locally but we are also contributing to the economy of our country.

Be a Virtual Friend

We may not go out to meet with our friends, but we can meet lash artists online that we can reach out for support to your lifelong friends.

Some of us already have lash groups that we have joined in, it can be good avenue for learning, to meet new friends virtually especially  those who can totally relate to your situation. Be a friend and  help out  simply by listening or giving advice.

Whatever you’re going through During COVID-19 right now, I want you to know you aren’t alone. Even as we practice social distancing, this new normal is something we are figuring out together.

And don’t forget: It’s okay to take a breath, too. Be gentle with yourself. Log off when you need to, take a –
break if you can, and let others know when you’d like a little help.

I hope that all this will soon end. Please continue to be safe, stay at home as much as you can and be healthy.
