Terms and Conditions for Online Lash Training

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of online lash training provided by ThousandLashes ("Provider"). By enrolling in the online lash training program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Payment:

• The total cost of the online lash training program is $169.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or other methods specified by the Provider.

2. Course Access:

• Upon receipt of payment, access to the online training materials will be provided for 1 year.
• You may access the course content at any time during the access period.
• Course access is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

3. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are available within 2 days of enrollment provided that no more than 50% of the course content has been accessed.
• To request a refund, you must contact the Provider via email at thousandlashes.usa@gmail.com within the specified timeframe.
• Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, minus any applicable fees.

4. Intellectual Property:

• All course materials and content are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
• Enrollees may use course materials for personal use only and may not share or sell them to third parties.

5. Certification:

• To receive certification upon completion of the online lash training program, you must fulfill all course requirements as outlined by the Provider.
