Let's get to know our #featuredlashartist of the week. Arictzy Alvarez @lashedbyariii1 a lash artist based in Atwater, CA.

Trained by @lashedbymare and has been lashing for over a year. Initially, she faced challenges such as isolation, mastering glue temperature, and humidity, and achieving darker sets. She overcame these hurdles through practice, continuous education, and investing in high-quality tools and adhesives.

Arictzy draws inspiration from her trainer, @lashedbymare, and is motivated by the artistic aspect of lashing. She finds fulfillment in making women feel beautiful and confident, and the industry has allowed her to meet various goals.

Her advice for future lash artists, struggling practitioners, and beginners is to recognize their power and impact, regardless of client numbers. She encourages them to persevere, reminding them that they are doing better than they might think.
