Shipping your order/s
We will ship your order and products to the address provided. Our system automatically ships out the package printing out the address provided by the customer at checkout. Thousandlashes is not responsible for any fees to send the package to a new address or back to existing. Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon dispatch of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.
If your package was marked as delivered, and you claim that it was not received, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777
It does happen the package will arrive within 24 hours as the delivery may have gotten pushed to the next business day due to high shipment volume. Once the package has been shipped out. Thousandlashes is not liable for lost packages.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
Thousandlashes reserves the right to ship orders via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) at any time, at its discretion. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, with tracking numbers.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
If you are in the US and you order $150 or more in products you will receive FREE USPS shipping.
All other shipping charges will automatically be determined by our USPS OR UPS Shipping Calculator.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders received between Monday and Thursday are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped within 48 hours of the following business day.

DO YOU SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS?
All orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and orders placed on Federal Holidays (also including, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve) will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday(s).
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
It is our mission at Thousand Lashes to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, Thousand Lashes cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened. If an adhesive is not performing properly within the 14 day return window and it is determined by our team to be a product issue, a refund or gift card will be rewarded with no return necessary.
Returns and exchanges of unopened, resellable products (Excluding adhesive) are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt. Buyer will be credited with his or her purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. Even exchanges of unopened/unused products may be authorized within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt.
