We will ship your order and products to the address provided. Our system automatically ships out the package printing out the address provided by the customer at checkout. Thousandlashes is not responsible for any fees to send the package to a new address or back to existing. Please contact us immediately via text at 760 7073479 or call, to let us know to change your address.

SHIPPING METHODS

When you order you have the right to choose the carrier and shipping method. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, with tracking numbers.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most of the orders received between Monday and Friday are processed and shipped on the same day, but some orders require a longer time to process and are shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped Monday of the following week.

Choose your shipping option carefully to ensure the best service for your needs. Shipping time depends on your location and shipping service.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost according to the method and carrier you choose by Shipping Calculator. If you are in the Continental US and you order $150 or more in products you will receive FREE shipping, Except a large sized and heavy item, which does not qualify for FREE shipping.

*Hawaii, Alaska, non continental US territories  and International shipping are subject to increased charges and not eligible for free shipping. You will be able to see the total shipping cost at checkout depending on your location.

DO YOU SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS?

All orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and orders placed on Federal Holidays (also including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve) will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday(s).

Lost, Stolen or Damage Packages

If your package was lost, stolen or damaged, you will need to file a claim with Route insurance or carrier, if you don't have insurance.

Thousandlashes is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

 

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Yes, you can return items, if you don’t like it and still in original packaging.

Returns and exchanges of unopened, resealable products (excluding liquids items) are accepted within seven (7) days of the date of receiving the package. Buyer will be credited with his or her purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. Shipping cost of the return item/s will be shouldered by the client.

Items not eligible for return:

  1. Liquid items
  2. Items with open original packaging
  3. Items bought on SALE
  4. Some items such as all the items in the Lash Room Decor category are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges, due to hygienic reasons.
  5. Items that are under the limited edition collection.

Yes, we do ship worldwide.

For International buyers

To proceed with your order please provide us with your phone number. It is a requirement of all shipping companies. International buyers are not eligible for FREE shipping. We are not responsible for duties and taxes from international customs.
