Shipping Policy

Shipping Address

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout.
  • Thousandlashes is not responsible for re-shipping fees due to incorrect addresses.
  • Contact us immediately via text (760-707-3479) or call to change your address before shipping.

 

Shipping Methods

  • You choose the carrier and shipping method.
  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order is shipped. Make sure to have a valid email address upon checkout, that’s where the tracking will be sent.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed between Monday and Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day.
  • Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays are shipped the following Monday.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
  • Free shipping for Continental US orders over $150 (excludes large/heavy items).
  • Hawaii, Alaska, non-continental US territories, and international orders are subject to additional charges and do not qualify for free shipping.

 

Weekend and Holiday Shipping

  • Orders placed on weekends or Federal holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve) are processed on the next business day.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • File claims with Route insurance or the carrier for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • Thousandlashes is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns of unopened, resealable products (excluding mattress toppers) are accepted within 30 days of receiving the package.
  • Returns incur a 20% restocking fee, and shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with opened packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and shipping costs, sale items, limited edition collections, and lash room decor (e.g., mattress toppers) are non-refundable.

 

Return Process

  • Domestic returns incur a 20% restocking fee; international returns incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • There are no refunds for damaged or defective products; see the "Exchanges" section for replacement options.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Once your return is received and accepted, you may choose a new item or request store credit.

Shipping Origin

  • All orders ship from San Diego, California, USA.

 

Damages and Issues

  • Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Provide photos/videos of damaged items for prompt replacement (no refunds for damaged items).

 

Order Cancellation

  • Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order at thousandlashes.usa@gmail.com or 760-707-3479.
  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be honored.
