Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange for another item, you can also request for store credit and use it at a later date.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will contact you to see which item you would like to exchange with.
Note:
Domestic returns will incur a flat 20% restock fee
International returns will incur a flat 30% restock fee.
All refund requests have to be processed and approved by the owners. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
No refunds for damaged or defective products. See the "Exchanges" section below.
Order Policy:
All Thousandlashes orders are shipped from San Diego California USA.
Any issues with clients' orders such as damage, item issue, and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of customer receipt.
Thousandlashes is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS.
Orders are shipped the same day the order is placed if it's before 2 pm. If the order is placed after 2 pm it will ship out the next day in the morning.
Canceling an Order:
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at thousandlashes.usa@gmail.com or contact us at 1-855-535-2380 as soon as possible. We will try our best to cancel your order. If your order has already been packed and shipped cancellation will not be honored.
Damages and issues
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you MUST contact us at 1-855-535-2380 or email us at thousandlashes.usa@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return. We will ask that you provide us with photos and videos of the damaged item. No refunds will be done, however, a new item will be shipped out promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as adhesives, cream remover, or primer), and personal care goods (such as lash foam). If You have issues with liquids products read our policy here Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, or communicate with us by email to expedite your exchange.
