What is the shelf life of unopened glue?

Up to six months if stored properly.

What is the shelf life of opened glue?

4-5 weeks. Store it in an airtight container with silica packs.

What material are the lashes made of?

All lashes are made from 100% synthetic fiber. The faux mink material is derived from PBT thread.

How do I know the tweezers will be appropriate for me?

Every tweezer is hand tested before shipping. Each artist works differently, so you may need to find your own sweet spot once you receive them.

Do you offer a sensitive glue?

Yes. Ultra Crystal Clear Bond is available for clients with sensitivities. It is clear in color and does not contain carbon black.

Does the portable handheld cooling fan need a battery?

No. It has a factory installed rechargeable battery and charges with the included USB cable.

Refund Policy

30-day return policy

Customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

Refund approval

Returned items are inspected before approval. If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective products

No refunds are issued for damaged or defective products. Please review the exchange policy for those cases.

Where do orders ship from?

All ThousandLashes orders are shipped from San Diego, California, USA.

When should order issues be reported?

Any issues such as damage, item issues, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Lost or stolen orders

ThousandLashes is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Same-day shipping

Orders placed before 2 PM can ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM usually ship the next morning.

Canceling an order

Email or call as soon as possible to request cancellation. If the order has already been packed and shipped, cancellation may not be honored.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact the team immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed before the daily cutoff may ship the same day.

Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

Orders are not usually shipped on weekends or holidays. They are processed on the next business day.

Can I return a product?
