Training: Ashley first took a course at Sugar and Lash Company and later trained with Amazing Lash, where she became the Master and Lead Stylist.

Experience: 10 years in the industry!

Challenges when starting: Ashley found the corporate structure restrictive and struggled with burnout due to the pressure to speed up service times. She also dealt with a lack of confidence and clients trying to take advantage of her.

Overcoming Challenges: After a 5-year break, Ashley returned to lashing and built her business on her terms, focusing on quality over speed. She created a space where both she and her clients could enjoy the process.

Inspiration: The lash community inspires Ashley. The innovative and supportive nature of fellow lash artists keeps her excited about growth and evolution in the industry.

Motivation: Ashley stays motivated by her desire to offer high-quality service and to distance herself from money-driven companies. She believes clients deserve proper education and a relaxing experience.

Advice for Future Lash Artists: Never stop practicing and keep learning! Burnout happens, but experimentation with different techniques, glues, and styles will keep you inspired. Even after a decade, Ashley still practices to refine her skills. The lash industry is full of growth opportunities!
