Her Journey:

When Esmeralda first started, retention and placement were her biggest struggles. But through consistent practice, trial, and error, she overcame them, and she’s never looked back.

What Inspires Her:

“I’m constantly inspired by everyone around me. Just hearing clients say, ‘look how pretty’ keeps me going. But more than anything, my daughters inspire me to stay grounded and lead with integrity. I wear that like a badge.”

Her Motivation:

Esmeralda's children are her biggest motivation. Being a lash artist has given her the freedom to be present—school drop-offs, pick-ups, and all the in-between moments. “I’ll never take that for granted again after working a 9-5.” And watching her clients light up with confidence after each set is what keeps her motivated, even on the hard days.

Esmeralda’s Advice to Lash Artists:
