Meet Jas Stearns, a dedicated lash artist based in Omaha, Nebraska, who has been transforming lashes—and lives—for the past 2.5 years. Like many artists starting out, Jas faced the challenge of learning to be patient with herself.

In the beginning, she often felt the pressure to perfect her craft too quickly. But over time, she learned to give herself grace, trust her own pace, and avoid comparing her journey to others.

Her philosophy? "We don’t become great at anything overnight. Practice makes perfect."

Jas draws her inspiration from the very people she serves—her clients. For her, lashing is more than just beauty; it’s about creating a safe space for women to feel cared for, seen, and beautiful.

Whether it’s for a special event like a wedding or birthday, or simply a routine fill, Jas finds motivation in the smiles she sees when clients look in the mirror and feel like their best selves.

💬 Her advice to future lash artists:

"Don’t give up. Don’t compare yourself to anyone. Give yourself grace and know it’s okay to feel frustrated sometimes.

Bad days are normal—but they’re also where growth happens. Keep going, it’ll all be worth it!"
