Nina received her initial lash training through Her Lash & Beauty Bar in Jacksonville, FL, and earned her esthetician license from the Aveda Institute in Jacksonville. Committed to continuous growth, she has further refined her skills through advanced courses, online masterclasses, and in-person workshops. Ongoing education has played a significant role in shaping her artistry and technique.

She has been lashing for almost two years. Throughout that time, Nina has worked with a variety of eye shapes and natural lash types, allowing her to perfect her sets and build strong technical foundations. Every client experience has contributed to her growth and confidence behind the tweezers.

Like many artists, Nina faced challenges in the beginning. Retention, speed, and confidence were her biggest struggles. Mastering proper isolation and product control took patience and repetition. Learning to trust the process became one of the most important parts of her journey.

She overcame those obstacles through consistent practice, mentorship, and investing in better education and quality products. Nina actively listened to client feedback and made thoughtful adjustments along the way. Her steady discipline and willingness to learn helped her improve with time.

Her advice to future and struggling lash artists:
