Meet Rita Rozicka @lashroom.by.rita a seasoned lash artist based in London, UK.

Trained by Sleek Lashes in the heart of London back in 2008, Rita's journey in the lash industry began with a lack of patience, but through dedication and practice, she perfected her skills.

Initially balancing her lash passion with a stressful customer service job in banking, Rita found solace and confidence in the art of lashing. Inspired by her own lash mentor's serene confidence, Rita's determination and passion for the industry grew stronger.

With numerous additional trainings and a commitment to continuous learning, Rita has become a stalwart in the lash community.

What motivates her most is witnessing the rapid evolution and power of the lash industry, which has become an integral part of her life.

Rita's advice to newcomers echoes her journey: patience and an open mind are key to success in this ever-developing field.
