Stephanie Jacob, based in San Diego, CA, has been lashing for five years, after receiving her training at KBeauty. When she first started, she struggled with managing the number of clients she could take on in a day.
To overcome this, she began limiting the number of appointments and allowed more time between each session. Stephanie was inspired to become a lash artist after her own experience searching for the perfect lash look.
After going through three different lash artists, she finally found one who achieved the fluffy lashes she desired, leading her to train with that artist while attending esthetician school.
Her passion for making people feel beautiful and uplifted continues to motivate her in the industry.
Stephanie advises aspiring and struggling lash artists to remember that everyone has their journey in this field. It's important not to rush but to stay passionate and focus on improving as an artist one day at a time.
