Posture Tips for Long Lash Appointments
Long lash appointments can put pressure on your neck, shoulders, wrists, hands, and lower back. Adjust your chair so your feet rest comfortably on the floor and sit close enough to the lash bed without leaning forward. Raise or lower the client so the lash area is easy to see. Keep your shoulders relaxed, elbows close to your body, and wrists in a natural position.
Take short movement breaks between appointments to stretch your fingers, roll your shoulders, and gently move your neck. Good lighting can also prevent you from bending forward or straining your eyes. Pay attention to discomfort before it becomes severe. Persistent pain, numbness, or weakness should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional for proper guidance.
