What is the shelf life of my glue unopened?

Up to six months if stored properly.

 

What is the shelf life of my glue opened?

4-5 weeks, store it in a special airtight container, with silica packs.

 

From which material ours lashes are made of?

All our lashes are made from 100% Synthetic fiber. We use a faux or synthetic mink that is derived from PBT Thread (polyurethane)


How do I know the tweezers will be appropriate for me?

We hand test every tweezer personally before shipping. You may need to find the perfect sweet spot for you, each artist is different and works with various techniques, therefore it’s important to play around with the tweezers once you receive them.



Do you offer a sensitive glue?

Yes. We do offer a glue for clients with sensitivities. It is the ultra crystal clear bond. It has the same retention as our black adhesives, but it is clear in colour. This adhesive doesn’t have carbon black, which is responsible for sensitivities most of the time.

 

Does portable handheld cooling fan need a battery?

No it is has factory installed rechargeable battery and you charge it with USB cable (included).

We are here to support, inspire and encourage you, with our educational content. We also have customized lash products and accessories designed to make your lash journey easier and more enjoyable .

 

Eco-friendly

We are acutely aware about the incredible amount of waste we produce as lash artists daily.

We have already made a shift on producing all our pre-made, and pro- made fans in 100% recyclable boxes.

We have also moved on to selling bamboo lash brushes instead of plastic ones.

We also avoid selling any products in a one time use plastic variation, such as lash rings for example . We prefer to use a more durable multi- use alternative.

How we do it?

Our operated factory in South Korea and Japan sets the standard for sustainable, responsible manufacturing. Continually striving for zero waste, we combine the best lash technology and handcrafted assembly to create our signature style and comfort. A lot of our assembly and formulation of products is done directly in San Diego California.

 

REFUND POLICY

We have a limited return policy as we are unable to restock returned used goods and have to absorb the cost.  If you would like to return a product, please review our policy in full and then reach out to us by phone to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All refund requests have to be processed and approved by the owners. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

No refunds for damaged or defective products. See the "Exchanges" section below.

 

Order policy

All Thousandlashes orders are shipped from San Diego California USA.

Any issues with clients' orders such as damage, item issue, and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of customer receipt.

Thousandlashes is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS.

Orders are shipped the same day the order is placed if it's before 2 pm. If the order is placed after 2 pm it will ship out the next day in the morning.

 

Canceling an order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at thousandlashes.usa@gmail.com or contact us at 7607073479 as soon as possible. We will try our best to cancel your order. If your order has already been packed and shipped cancellation will not be honored. 

 

Damages and issues

If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you MUST contact us at 7607073479 or email us at thousandlashes.usa@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return. We will ask that you provide us with photos and videos of the damaged item. No refunds will be done, however, a new item will be shipped out promptly.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as adhesives, cream remover, or primer), and personal care goods (such as lash foam). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

Thousandlashes reserves the right to ship orders via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) at any time, at its discretion. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, with tracking numbers.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

If you are in the US and you order $150 or more in products you will receive FREE USPS  shipping.

All other shipping charges will automatically be determined by our USPS OR UPS Shipping Calculator.

*Hawaii, Alaska  and International shipping are subject to increased charges

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders received between Monday and Thursday are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped within 48 hours of the following business day.

Choose your shipping option carefully to ensure the best service for your needs. First Class Mail: 48hr lead time + 3-5 business days Priority Mail: 48hr lead time + 2-3 business days Priority Mail Express: 48hr lead time + 1-2 business days

DO YOU SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS?

All orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and orders placed on Federal Holidays (also including, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve) will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday(s).

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

It is our mission at Thousand Lashes to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, Thousand Lashes cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened. If an adhesive is not performing properly within the 14 day return window and it is determined by our team to be a product issue, a refund or gift card will be rewarded with no return necessary.

Returns and exchanges of unopened, resellable products (Excluding adhesive) are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt. Buyer will be credited with his or her purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee. Even exchanges of unopened/unused products may be authorized within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt.

WHAT IS SUBSCRIPTION ORDERING?

Please be advised that we offer subscription based orders on most of our products. You will have the ability to select the frequency you would like the product delivered.  Please make sure you’re committed to select “subscription” order when you do so as we do not accept returns on subscriptions.
