Hi, meet Samantha, the owner of Flawless Beauty Bar and Thousand Lashes Brand Lash Educator! Samantha truly understands the frustration of struggling with retention.
She’s been lashing since 2018, and like many like artists, she once questioned her products, her environment, and even her skills when retention wasn’t consistent. Through advanced training and hands-on experience, Samantha learned that retention isn’t about luck — it’s about understanding technique, science, and structure.
Now, Samantha’s passion is helping lash artists gain clarity, confidence, and control over their results.
The Flawless Retention Lab was created to give lash artists a safe space to correct technique, ask questions, and finally understand what makes lashes last.
Because when retention improves, confidence follows.
5-Hour Layout Plan
Hour 1 – The Science of Retention (Growth Cycle, Adhesive Theory, Humidity & Environment Control)
Hour 2 – Client Prep Mastery (Lash Bath, Oils, Hormones, Primer vs No Primer)
Hour 3 – Attachment Correction Lab on Doll Head (Base Placement, Stickies, 360° Wrap Technique)
Hour 4 – Adhesive & Environment Control (Glue Matching, Bonder Use, Troubleshooting)
Lunch Break – 30 Minutes (Mid-Workshop Reset + Networking)
